About MaryAnn

MaryAnn Mease is an optimistic, and committed wife, mother, grandmother and friend.  She takes all of those roles seriously and enjoys spending time with people.  She has become fascinated with fitness and health and nutrition to help herself, family and friends live vibrant full lives.

A lifetime interest in learning things has always kept her busy and amused.  She met her husband in their senior years of undergraduate school at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and married soon after.  Upon graduation, the happy couple moved to Wisconsin to further his education. It was in Wisconsin that they welcomed their first child, a daughter, and later as he pursued his pre-med classes to prepare for application to Medical school they welcomed their son. While her husband pursued his post-graduate degrees, MaryAnn stayed at home with the children and stayed busy with several home businesses and at times homeschooled the kids, usually in preparation for an upcoming move or transition as they moved 9 times during those years.

Although naturally lean, MaryAnn was always interested in good nutrition and experimented in the kitchen with many of recipes and cooking styles.  First foray into anything resembling fitness happened in 2008 when the announcement of the coming arrival of her first grandchild made her take inventory of her life and standing and it shockingly came up short of her desires.  She chose the Body for Life path for her first transformation and found many friends.  In 12 weeks she found great success and was a runner-up in the online challenge competition.  That was the beginning.  She found that she truly enjoyed helping cheer people on as they also embarked on a fitness path to better their lives.

Some family issues happened and she spent more time helping work through them.  Still maintaining a level of fitness and finding a love for running leading to a successful half-marathon.
It was during the summer of 2013 that MaryAnn was introduced to TeamBeachbody.  Her daughter was now a single mother completing her college degree and had successfully completed her first round of Insanity.  She had found the program exciting and the idea of becoming a coach to help others was born....and her first customer was her mother.  MaryAnn chose Brazil Butt Lift because it looked fun with dancing.  As things progressed, the decision to become a TeamBeachbody Coach became an easy transition.

After meeting some of the other coaches and then going to the National Conference in Las Vegas simply added more fuel to the fire that this was a great career to get more involved with.

Quickly reaching Emerald Status and working harder, MaryAnn reached Diamond Rank on her 51st birthday.  The challenge of using social media and building websites/blogs along with meeting people and finding ways to help them take those first steps toward better health and possible financial health has grown into a true passion.
